Returning Your Device
Please use delivery confirmation when returning a device. We are not responsible for a lost package if there is no confirmation that we received it.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Fisher Wallace. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, as well as standard ground shipping of the repaired or replaced product to your home or office.
Please include a note in your package stating what is wrong with the product and please specify if you would like it repaired or replaced. Please include your contact information.
